Extreme Couponing....

Ok, maybe not extreme. I don't have room for that kind of stockpile, but it's still fun to get stuff you need for cheap.

I just went to Publix. My list included....

2 Benedryl Ready Spray $4.99/each
2 carefree pantyliners (FREE + $0.48 MM) $1.27/each
1 Colgate toothbrush (Moo needed a new one) $2.69
4 solo paper plates $3.29/each (BOGO)
2 4-count blueberry muffins $2.99/each (BOGO)
1 Listerene $4.99
1 Slice of cake (cause sometimes a girl can't resist) $2.19 Package of dried apricots $2.69
1 Half Gallon Publix Organic soy chocolate milk $2.69

Before coupons: $34-
After coupons: $14-

*Macie is allergic to grass and we are always at parks, in the backyard, etc. so the Benedryl will be good for the diaper bag.
*Paper plates cause sometimes I just don't wanna do the damn dishes! :)
*Jim takes a blueberry muffin to work for breakfast every morning.
*We go through Listerene like water in this house.
*Organic soy chocolate milk...cause for some reason it's better than non-organic/non-soy. Plus, it's a good reward for good behavior!
*The pantyliners were free and gave me almost $1.00 towards my bill so...why not!?!

See! All things we "needed"!

The Dynamic Duo

Ok, I am back. Sorry. It's been an adjustment. Staying home, swim lessons, gymnastics, running around like crazy people because IT IS SUMMER!!! Honestly, I love staying home with my babies. Why did I not do this sooner? However, there are days. Yesterday was one of them. My kids screamed and fought ALL. DAY. LONG. Macie wanted Davis's favorite dump truck. Davis wanted Macie's favorite baby doll. Seriously little people!?!? It was exhausting. I separated them in their rooms, took toys away, threw toys away, was patient, was not patient. The fabulous house wife in me ... did the following:

Kidding, kidding. But I did go to bed at 9:30pm and then ran the stress out this morning. Ahhh, much better!
