I think her father will still supervise her dates...even when she is 25 years old. The only difference then is that he will have his shot gun with him!

Macie's first date
Macie went on her first date today with a boy named Tyler. She was only able to convince us because he is totally cute and drives an Escalade. But he is 3 years older than her so she had to be supervised...by her father the cop!

Macie's favorite place to be...
The apple does not fall far from the tree. Macie LOVES to be outside. She is like her momma, we can't stay in the house for to long before we start to go crazy. So, I am always taking her down to the park or just taking her outside with some toys and letting her walk around.
Here is Macie and Jim coming down the slide at the park today. What's worse: a man that is 6'2" coming down the slide with her or me at 6 months pregnant. The slide had to pick the lesser of two evils cause Macie didn't want to do it alone!
She is also crazy over the swing. She LOVES it!

Here we are sitting on the sidewalk near the park playing. She is obsessed with her belly button. If you ask her where it is, she pulls up her shirt and points to it. So, I ask her all the time because I think its so cute. She also wants to pull up my shirt and point to my belly button. It's kinda flat right now, which I think confuses her a little. :)

Walker Wars!
Nonna and Pappy were in town last weekend and while they were here, Macie had a blast! They even watched Macie on Monday while Jim and I worked. When we came home, Macie was happy as could be AND dinner was ready. I think they should move here! :)
Nonna took Macie to the park and outside for walks....
Macie is a total daddy's girl. When Jim is around, she wants nothing to do with me. However, when Pappy is around...she wants nothing to do with ANYONE. Not even Jim!!! They had "walker wars" and it was hilarious. Macie would take one of her walker toys and Pappy would take another and they would race across the living room. Macie could not get enough of this!

In this picture, she was having one last walker war before her bath.....

Macie Moo!
Macie loves to play with her cute pink kitchen. She doesn't fully get the concept yet, but she loves to pretend like she is washing her hands in the sink. It's hilarious. She puts her hands under the pretend faucet and rubs her hands together. It cracks me up. Then she puts other random toys in the oven and microwave.
We went outside and played in the backyard for a bit today. Macie was a little unsure about walking through the grass.
Which is why she let me help her walk. Normally she pushes my hand away and wants to do things all by her big girl self. I love when she lets me help her. She still needs me.... :)
Macie also loves pointing at things. I believe she was pointing at a duck in the pond here. She always points at airplanes in the sky. Even when I don't notice that one is in the air, I will see her point up and, sure enough, there will be a plane.

My little toddler!
First things first...Macie has perfected the art of WALKING! Since she has become my perfect little walker, she has also become my little toddler...complete with her own opinions! :) She has been SO much fun this week. But all she want's to do is walk. Walk around the house, walk to the park, walk around Target (no, I do not allow this), walk around the grocery store (also not allowed)...and like her momma, walk around the mall!
She LOVES to walk in the pantry. Apparently I need to switch the canned items to another shelf because she walks in the pantry, puts her sippy cup on the shelf and one by one take the cans down. Jim wants to bubble wrap Macie, and he is worried she will drop a can on her foot and break her toe. ha ha!
