Bounce yourself silly

Davis had his "well baby" visit yesterday. 20 months old. Sigh.

Does he drink whole milk? yep
Does he say 20 words? yep
Does he pretend to talk on the phone? yep
Does he walk and run? Um, YEP...and climbs and skips and hops.

He was playing in the waiting room when he suddenly heard "da da da da da DORA" on the TV. Who knew he liked it so much? He pays no attention to it at home!

This little man is 25lbs and 32 inches long. He hasn't grown in length since his last visit, however he just gained a few pounds so he is probably getting ready to grow. Lord knows, this boy eats. Here he is hammin' it up for the doctor. Oh, and he also got a flu shot .... and didn't even cry.

The afternoon was filled with craziness with the crazies. We went to Jump Zone with some friends. The kids had a fantastic time. Especially Davis. I was worried about him climbing up on some of the bigger bounce houses since he is still so little. I went to check on him and he was at the top of the big slide, with the big kids, getting ready to slide down. I think he did this 100 times in a row. It was pretty cute. And funny because I had to practically beg Macie to go down it only 6 months ago AND I had to go down it with her!! All of my pictures are action shots because they were running around like crazy and it was nearly impossible to get either one to stay still for 0.01 seconds.

Moo. RUNNING. LIKE. CRAZY.
On a positive note, however, they bounced themselves silly and were nice and tired by bedtime.

And, for no particular reason, how delicious is this little man? I mean, seriously. I was working with him on his speech tonight so I was asking him to repeat words that I said. He doesn't speak very clearly yet, well, he has some clear words and the rest is "bra-boo-ese". I asked him to say "Levi" (his 12-week-old, precious cousin) and he say "wabi" .... ok, close enough. You get an "A" for effort buddy. Plus, you followed it up with my personal favorite..."momma". That will never get old. EVER.
